Enable the Discover Cloud Key option at the top right. Enter the username and password for your Ubiquiti account. Launch the Chrome web browser and type in the address field. Ensure that your host system is on the same Layer-2 network as the UniFi Cloud Key. If you are using a different web browser, go to the Instructions for Other Web Browsers section. If you are using Chrome, go to the Chrome Instructions section (recommended). Use one of the following methods to launch the software: The UniFi Controller software is pre-installed on the UniFi Cloud Key. Use an 802.3af-compliant switch, such as a UniFi Switch, or a USB power source (not included). 
This slot is used to back up the Cloud Key configuration to the microSD card (included).
Optional power source (5V, minimum 1A) if PoE is not available.
Restore to Factory Default Settings Press and hold the Reset button for more than five seconds. Restart Press and release the Reset button quickly. Power can be provided by an 802.3af PoE switch, such as the UniFi PoE Switch. 
This Gigabit Ethernet port is used to connect the power and should be connected to the LAN and DHCP server. After pressing the button, wait until the LED goes off, and then unplug the Cloud Key. Press the Shutdown button to initiate a graceful shutdown (all services will be shut down and the CPU will remain active). This usually indicates that a process such as a firmware upgrade is taking place. Web Browser: Google Chrome (Other browsers may have limited functionality.)
